FAQ

don't see your question?

send us an email or call us, we're happy to help.

How many flowers come on each stem?

Depending on what flowers you are purchasing, the number of actual blooms can vary.

Your larger blooms, like standard roses & carnations are single blooms, while mini carnations & roses often have at least 3 blooms per stem.

How many stems come in a 'bunch'?

The stem count varies on what the flowers/greens are. It can range from 5 to 25 stems, depending on the order. For more information on bunches, feel free to send us an email on the Contact Us page.

How fresh are the flowers?

The freshest.

The flowers are packed to order, guarunteeing the freshest product avaliable. We also check each stem to make sure they are up to our quality standard; if our florist won't use it, neither will you.

What do I need to do with my order once I recieve it?

We took care of the messy parts for you so you can focus on your designs. Your order will come processed, hydrated and boxed, free of charge.

We do receommend storing your flowers and greens in an air conditioned room, away from any sunlight or heat to allow them to open and prevent them from wilting.

I don't see the exact shade of flower that I am looking for, what should I do?

To simplify your ordering process, we minimized the color selections to basic color groups. Don't worry, a Bloomingdays Florist will contact with you after check out to finalize color selections & any other details.

Why are the flowers so inexpensive?

We check the floral markets daily to make sure you are receiving the best prices available. We also work one-on-one with local suppliers, cutting out the middleman.

Sometimes, the prices shown on the website do not always reflect the market price. After placing your order, a Bloomingdays Florist will contact you to review your order and finalize prices.

Will someone help me with my design?

D.I.Y Bloomingdays is focused on letting you be the florist, giving you the freedom to become as creative as you want with your designs. This new concept reduces the price of floral arrangements by removing the need to pay a professional florist to fill your order. However, this is a professional flower shop, and a Florist will be more than happy to answer any questions or assist where needed.

How soon should I place my order & how long will my order take to arrive?

We reccomend at least 2 weeks in advance, to avoid any delays & substitutions. This also allows a Florist to contact you to finalize any details to make sure you have everything you need to start designing.
